Warranty Info

At ZSR, we truly want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase and also happy with the support we give after the sale. If you look at our reviews, you will see that we take care of our customers. 

However, with the nature of high performance/racing engines, we cannot warranty everything. Most of the parts manufacturers will not warranty the parts, so we cannot either. We will always stand behind our workmanship and fix something that was our fault. 

Always read the fine print on engine shops that offer a time and mileage warranty. Most engines we build wouldn't even fit the criteria that they do cover due to horsepower and/or RPM. 

If a customer's engine breaks on our dyno, we will go through it and find the issue. This will go one of two ways:

-The issue was something that we did improperly. Zero charge to the customer

-If it is determined that it was a parts failure, we will do all machining and assembly for free to fix it and the customer has to cover parts.
