BBF Shortblocks (Ford A460 Block)

ZSR Big Block Ford Shortblocks are a full custom build, nothing mass produced or machined/built before being ordered. We have many options available so please contact us for your needs. Like all of our engines, everything is done in-house and the shortblock will arrive to you assembled and painted the color of your choice. 

Block:

-Ford Racing A460 block that we fully machine IN HOUSE (For More Info Click HERE)

Pistons:

-These particular shortblock packages come with a full custom Diamond 2618 forged piston. ANY cylinder head layout you need, dome, dish, flat top, etc is all the same price. After ordering we will contact you to get the specifics on your application, parts, and power-adder. Additional options include gas porting, piston coatings, and tool steel pins. **IF WE CAN MAKE A SHELF PISTON WORK, THE PRICE WILL BE LOWER AND ADJUSTED**

Rings:

-Total Seal AP Steel, .043/.043/3mm, Standard tension oil, steel top, napier second

-Total Seal AP Steel, 1/16-1/16-3/16

Crankshafts:

-Molnar 4340 forged, internal balance crank, 4.300 or 4.500 stroke

-Callie's Magnum 4340 forged, USA-made, gundrilled mains, 4.300 or 4.500 stroke

Connecting Rods:

-Molnar Billet Steel H-Beam w/ARP2000 Bolts

-Callie's Ultra I-Beam Rods, USA-made, ARP2000 bolts

Bearings:

-Durabond Coated "wide" Cam Bearings

-Clevite H-Series main and rod bearings

-Kaase One-Piece Rear Main Seal
